A few? How many Android phones run ICS? How many run Jelly Bean? The vast majority of Android phones still run Gingerbread. It's an issue but not game breaking to the majority of consumers.
Yeah, Sony's in a tough bind with the Vita. They've been bleeding money for years and can't afford to drop the price so Vita sells poorly. With poor sales third party interest drops. Sony can't afford to support it on their own. It's a vicious cycle.
And Sony closed Liverpool Studios today, no more Wipeout.

I think with the Windows 8 tablets coming and the integration of Office into them we'll start to see Windows phone steal marketshare from Blackberry among the business community. I MS can get that market it should give them a good base to build on to make more inroads into the consumer market.
